It is with great joy and anticipation that we welcome you to the 18th International MPS Symposium, to be held from June 4–7, 2026, in the breathtaking city of Florence, Italy.

This bi-annual gathering is more than just a scientific conference—it is a deeply meaningful event that unites our international community of patients, families, researchers, clinicians, industry leaders, and advocates in a shared commitment to improving lives. We are proud to host this important milestone, especially as we reflect on 20 years of progress in research, treatment, and care—and look ahead to the next 20 years of collaboration, discovery, and global impact.

Florence, a city rich in culture, history, and art, provides the perfect setting for what promises to be an extraordinary and inspiring symposium. The 2026 event will feature a dynamic program with cutting-edge scientific presentations, patient-focused sessions, networking opportunities, and special cultural experiences designed to foster connection, learning, and hope.
