Registration Notes

The registration fee includes:

  • For family members + HCPs: admission to the meeting, welcome reception, lunches and coffee breaks within the meeting, gala dinner and congress material, Remembrance Ceremony
  • Caregiver: welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, gala dinner and Remembrance Ceremony.
  • Children: Children & Youngsters’ program including lunches and coffee breaks, gala dinner, Remembrance Ceremony.
  • Industry staff without access to conference: admission to the exposed area, lunches and coffee breaks.
  • Industry full access: admission to the meeting, welcome reception, lunches and coffee breaks within the meeting, gala dinner and congress material, Remembrance Ceremony.
  • Accompanying persons: welcome reception, Gala Dinner and Remembrance Ceremony (without access to conference).

Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellation from February 01, 2026: 60 % of the participation fee
  • Cancellation from March 01, 2026: 75 % of the participation fee
  • Cancellation from April 15, 2026: 100 % of the participation fee

Group registration

Group registration is possible if your company/institute invites several participants to 18th Internation MPS & Related Lysosomal Diseases Symposium and needs one collective invoice for the registrations.
If you order group registration with full pre-payment by Wednesday, December 4, 2025, you can take advantage of the extended early registration fees, otherwise for group registrations the regular fees and deadlines apply.
