Registration Notes

The registration fee includes:

  • For family members, Caregivers/Patients + HCPs (Health Care Professionals + Advocates and Students): admission to the meeting, Welcome Reception, lunches and coffee breaks within the meeting, Gala Dinner and congress material, Remembrance Ceremony;
  • Children & Youngsters: Welcome Ceremony, lunches and coffee breaks, Gala Dinner, Remembrance Ceremony;
  • Industry full access: admission to the meeting, Welcome Reception, lunches and coffee breaks within the meeting, Gala Dinner and congress material, Remembrance Ceremony;
  • Industry staff without access to conference: admission to the exhibition area, lunches and coffee breaks.
  • Accompanying persons: Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and Remembrance Ceremony (without access to conference).

Daily Rates:

  • Day 4th June includes access to the congress and the Welcome Ceremony (70,00 €);
  • Day 5th June includes access to the congress and the Remembrance Day Ceremony (70,00 €)
  • Day 6th June includes access to the congress and the Gala Dinner (150,00 €)
  • Day 7th June includes access to the congress and the Closing Ceremony (70,00 €)

Deadlines

Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellation from February 01, 2026: 60 % of the participation fee
  • Cancellation from April 04, 2026: 75 % of the participation fee
  • Cancellation from May 05, 2026: 100 % of the participation fee
