We recognize that rising costs for fuel, airfare, and everyday expenses continue to place added pressure on individuals and families. With this in mind, and out of deep respect for our community, MPS has made the decision to keep conference registration rates at the Early Bird level and not implement any increases.
Our community is at the heart of everything we do, and we remain committed to ensuring that this important event stays as accessible as possible. We hope this decision helps ease some of the financial burden and allows more members of our community to join us, connect, and benefit from the shared experience.

Registration Notes

The registration fee includes:

  • For IMPS Patient Associations, Caregivers/Patients + HCPs (Health Care Professionals + Advocates and Students): admission to the meeting, Welcome Reception, lunches and coffee breaks within the meeting, Networking Dinner and congress material;
  • Children & Youngsters: Welcome Ceremony, lunches and coffee breaks, Networking Dinner;
  • Industry full access: admission to the meeting, Welcome Reception, lunches and coffee breaks within the meeting, Networking Dinner and congress material;
  • Industry staff without access to conference: admission to the exhibition area, lunches and coffee breaks.
  • Accompanying persons: Welcome Reception and Networking Dinner (without access to conference).

Daily Rates:

  • Day 4th June includes access to the congress and the Welcome Ceremony (70,00 €);
  • Day 5th June includes access to the congress and the Remembrance Day Ceremony (70,00 €)
  • Day 6th June includes access to the congress and the Gala Dinner (220,00 €)
  • Day 6th June includes just Gala Dinner (150,00 €)
  • Day 7th June includes access to the congress and the Closing Ceremony (70,00 €)

Registration for this educational activity is free of charge.

CANCELLATION DEADLINE: Tuesday May 5 2026

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation notices must be in writing and received by 19:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST) on May 5, 2026 to be eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellation notices should be sent to registration@mps2026.com

If a registrant needs to cancel after May 5, 2026, the conference registration may be transferred to another person who is NOT already registered for the meeting.
